From February 15th to March 7th, our management team and service staff will be in Asia. As a result, there will be no live customer support over the phone from February 15th to March 7th. You are encouraged to contact us by e-mail for any question. All inquiries will be promptly replied. You can still call our number to leave a message. But due to time difference, we can only return your call in certain and limited hours. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our regular store service, such as merchandise shipping and engraving remain unchanged.

Payment Method

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard. (Sorry, no ATMs) Due to different fee arrangements, we are sorry we do not accept American Express or Discover at this time.

  • IMPORTANT! your credit card will be billed under the name of GMS Co.

  • We will notify you via e-mail if we have any problem processing your order (e.g. item availability, declined credit card, problems with address verification)

  • As is common in all online purchases, your credit card will be issue a 'hold' for the purchase amount when you place your order. We will only charge your credit card when we ship and the 'hold' will be cleared by your bank. There may be some instances when the 'hold' remains on your bank's electronic records for a day or two. Please do not worry because it is just a time gap in electronic payment processing. The 'hold' will always be cleared. This 'double records' only shows on your electronic records and never on the final credit card statement. We have never 'double charge' and have safeguard system in place which prevent us from doing so.

Shipping & Handling

  • We use USPS Priority Mail and in some cases First Class mail  for all shipments.  Transit time is 2 to 3 business days.

  • For nail kit and items with smaller weight: $4 to $6, depending on size. Maximum shipping fee is $9, regardless of weight.

  • For crystals and turntables: $7 for 1st item, $9 flat rate shipping applies when you purchase two or more items.

  • International orders: our system will not add shipping charge to your purchase total. We will add actual postage cost + $1 handling fee to your order when shipped.

  • Most orders received by 2 p.m. Pacific time are shipped the same day.

  • Please call or write to us if you need your order shipped overnight.

  • We use UPS Ground for wholesale orders and charge actual shipping fee. Flat rate shipping does not apply.

Sales Tax

  • 9.25% sales tax will be added to orders from California.

Return Policy

  • For crystals and massagers, we guarantee your total satisfaction or we'll refund your purchase price (minus S&H). Return for an exchange of similar items is also accepted.

  • For tiaras, due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns if it is not in the original package. If item has not been opened, you may return the merchandise within 7 days. We will refund your total purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and $2 postage. We can not accept any returns after 7 days. No Exceptions.

  • For unused nail kit, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only, no refunds. 

  • A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. All return requests must be sent within 7 days of receiving. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • Returned items must be received by us within 30 days once authorized.

  • Returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Re-shipping postage applies for all exchanges.
